Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of management and Financial Institutions D&O/Fiduciary underwriting experience
- Technical knowledge and skills reflective of progression of positions of increasing responsibility
- Strong presentation skills and a solutions and service orientation
- Strong knowledge of underwriting philosophy, techniques, national/local filing regulations and guidelines
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Software proficiency applicable to department
- Rich network of agent and broker relationships throughout FI landscape
