About the role
- Qualitätsingenieur in der Motorenfertigung overseeing electrical and mechanical testing. Responsibility for product quality assurance and compliance in innovative manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
- Procurement and support of electrical and mechanical test systems
- Execution of MFUs, PFUs, process releases, trial assemblies and pilot productions
- Analysis of product and process defects according to the PDCA cycle
- Creation of test instructions, test plans, specifications and control strategies
- Participation in product development (Design for Quality) and in interdisciplinary project teams
- Preparation and support of audits (internal/external) as well as evaluation and auditing of suppliers
- Facilitation of workshops (e.g., FMEAs)
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge in testing electrical motors/stators; ideally experience with test systems for motors/stators
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, VDA standards, Six Sigma, FMEA-PIS, SPC and 8D methodology
- Good written and spoken English; French language skills desirable
- Openness to digital transformation and ability to implement new technologies
