Responsibilities
Procurement and support of electrical and mechanical test systems
Execution of MFUs, PFUs, process releases, trial assemblies and pilot productions
Analysis of product and process defects according to the PDCA cycle
Creation of test instructions, test plans, specifications and control strategies
Participation in product development (Design for Quality) and in interdisciplinary project teams
Preparation and support of audits (internal/external) as well as evaluation and auditing of suppliers
Facilitation of workshops (e.g., FMEAs)
Requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable qualification
Knowledge in testing electrical motors/stators; ideally experience with test systems for motors/stators
Knowledge of ISO 9001, VDA standards, Six Sigma, FMEA-PIS, SPC and 8D methodology
Good written and spoken English; French language skills desirable
Openness to digital transformation and ability to implement new technologies
