About the role
- Lead and mentor a team of 17 QA engineers, driving quality across product releases
- Define and evolve QA strategies, processes, and automation frameworks
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to ensure end-to-end quality for new features and updates
- Own and optimize the testing infrastructure to improve test coverage and speed up release cycles
- Ensure products meet performance, security, and scalability standards before launch
Requirements
- 6+ years in QA experience
- 2+ years in a leadership role
- Experience building QA processes for web applications
- Experience with manual and automated testing
- Expertise with RobotFramework and JMeter
- Experience with CI/CD environments like GitLab CI
- Fluent in French and English
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Detail-oriented, structured, and motivated to deliver results in an agile environment
