About the role
- Negotiation of lease contracts with shopping centers, real estate agencies, investors and owners of commercial and administrative properties;
- Negotiation to settle or terminate legal proceedings such as renewal actions (Ações Renovatórias);
- Experience analyzing the contractual chain and defining strategy;
- Consolidate information and clauses through detailed analysis of contract history and financial flows;
- Preparation of calculation memoranda to ensure amounts paid are aligned with contractual clauses;
- Various requests related to lessors;
- Interaction with Legal, Compliance and Payments teams;
- Support for internal stakeholders;
- Collaboration with peer teams and departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed);
- Knowledge of SAP RE (Real Estate module);
- Intermediate MS Office skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication;
- Sense of urgency;
- Critical thinking;
- Organizational skills;
- Focus on resolving problems through to completion;
- Accuracy and quality of information;
- Proactivity.
