About the role

• Negotiation of leasing contracts with various stakeholders in Vivo's property management team. Analyzing contractual chains and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Negotiation of lease contracts with shopping centers, real estate agencies, investors and owners of commercial and administrative properties;
• Negotiation to settle or terminate legal proceedings such as renewal actions (Ações Renovatórias);
• Experience analyzing the contractual chain and defining strategy;
• Consolidate information and clauses through detailed analysis of contract history and financial flows;
• Preparation of calculation memoranda to ensure amounts paid are aligned with contractual clauses;
• Various requests related to lessors;
• Interaction with Legal, Compliance and Payments teams;
• Support for internal stakeholders;
• Collaboration with peer teams and departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed);
• Knowledge of SAP RE (Real Estate module);
• Intermediate MS Office skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication;
• Sense of urgency;
• Critical thinking;
• Organizational skills;
• Focus on resolving problems through to completion;
• Accuracy and quality of information;
• Proactivity.
