About the role

  • Support in managing commercially used properties across Germany (e.g., offices, training centers, warehouses)
  • Monitoring technical operations, overseeing maintenance and tracking mandatory inspections and servicing
  • Master data maintenance as well as data and document management
  • Support in reviewing lease agreements and handling handovers of leased premises
  • Contract administration including recording, maintaining and tracking contract data
  • Work within the Office Management staff unit and close cooperation with Project Management

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training with an additional qualification in real estate or a degree in real estate management
  • Experience in the real estate industry
  • Solid knowledge of commercial leasing
  • Confident use of MS Office applications
  • Driver’s license class B (formerly class 3)
  • Commercial awareness, assertiveness and a high sense of responsibility
  • Independent, team-oriented working style, strong communication skills and determination
