Responsibilities
Support in managing commercially used properties across Germany (e.g., offices, training centers, warehouses)
Monitoring technical operations, overseeing maintenance and tracking mandatory inspections and servicing
Master data maintenance as well as data and document management
Support in reviewing lease agreements and handling handovers of leased premises
Contract administration including recording, maintaining and tracking contract data
Work within the Office Management staff unit and close cooperation with Project Management
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training with an additional qualification in real estate or a degree in real estate management
Experience in the real estate industry
Solid knowledge of commercial leasing
Confident use of MS Office applications
Driver’s license class B (formerly class 3)
Commercial awareness, assertiveness and a high sense of responsibility
Independent, team-oriented working style, strong communication skills and determination
