About the role

  • Administrator in Service Goldschmiede at CHRIST, a modern Omnichannel jeweler. Handling warranty and repair cases and customer communication in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving and processing warranty and repair cases (visual and quality inspections)
  • Telephone communication/liaison with customers
  • Preparing and following up on cost estimates
  • Entering and managing warranty and repair cases in the CHRIST repair-service software
  • Final inspection of warranty and repair cases
  • Technical point of contact for the sales team regarding repairs

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of repairing gold and silver jewelry
  • Completed apprenticeship as a goldsmith (m/f/d) is an advantage or comparable qualifications
  • Relevant professional experience in a similar or technically related position
  • Strong customer-service orientation when dealing with customers
