About the role

  • Supports the program PQC Lead with influx of tasks from multiple projects, by facilitating the intake process, status reporting, acceptance criteria and result documentation.
  • Provide weekly and monthly status reports assessing technical progress, schedule status, concerns and recommendations.
  • Coordinate, schedule, facilitate and capture meeting minutes and action items.
  • Assist with documenting project plans, resource estimates and timelines for planning, design, development, testing, implementation, risk and issue registries, stage gate reviews, training, documentation and support needs.
  • Lead communication outreach to enterprise stakeholders for program and capability acceptance.
  • Schedule meetings with stakeholders and customers on behalf of the program team.
  • Gather and organize cryptographic modernization information in alignment with mission goals, requirements and existing security products.
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule, deliverables are documented and communication is consistent across stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or 3+ additional years of experience plus PMP certification in lieu of degree.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and executing project management functions.
  • Project management methodologies, lifecycle governance and risk and issue management.
  • Technical writing and reporting suitable for executive and technical audiences.
  • Stakeholder management and cross-organization coordination.
  • Fundamentals of enterprise cybersecurity solution deployment and integration, including cryptography focused efforts such as PQC.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into clear, actionable tasks and processes through critical thinking.
  • Experience managing and overseeing IT support teams for enterprise cybersecurity solution deployment.
  • Experience developing and executing roadmaps for implementing and maintaining enterprise security capabilities.
  • Proven technical writing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with stakeholders up to the senior executive level.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen in compliance with federal contract requirements.
  • Beneficial to have: Industry recognized certifications.
