Responsibilities
Drives strong project management across GLCR.
Enables on-time, accurate, and comprehensive execution of project deliverables.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal clients both within GLCR and our business partners.
Supports clear and effective communication related to project planning.
Assist in conducting program/project meetings to address project status, progress, and resource allocation when necessary.
Participate in defining timetables and project plans; analyzes and estimates feasibility, risks, cost, time, and resources.
Requirements
3+ years of project management experience within a professional services, consulting, corporate legal department, or other legal services environment.
Experience in legal, financial or insurance services strongly preferred.
Experience using formal project management and process improvement tools and techniques.
(PMP and/or Six Sigma certification highly desired)
Process driven, strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering results, preferably in large, global, corporate environments.
Demonstrated ability to deliver results and drive change without direct authority.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
