Responsibilities
Manage complex, cross-departmental projects from initiation through close-out, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget and alignment to organizational objectives;
Maintain oversight of project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder communications;
Support the rollout of new initiatives and operational enhancements;
Assist in the development of dashboards, reporting tools, and data-drive insights to improve decision-making;
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to improve overall efficiency;
Partner with departments to support the development and implementation of project tracking, reporting, and accountability framework;
Design and deliver staff training on project management principles, tools, and best practices tailored to nonprofit environments;
Mentor staff to strengthen project planning, execution, and documentation skills;
Foster a culture of monitoring, evaluation, learning, and collaboration across teams;
Stay current on trends and best practices in project management and nonprofit operations.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business administration, nonprofit management, public health, or related field;
3+ years of experience in project management;
Proven success implementing project management systems, standards, and tools across multiple teams;
Excellent organizational skills, project management skills, meeting deadlines, and attention to detail;
Strong oral and written communication skills;
Strong interpersonal skills and team building experience;
Proficient in Microsoft Office products and project management tools (e.g., Workday, Asana, Microsoft Project);
Preferred PMP or other relevant project management certification;
Preferred experience with staff training on project management and tools/framework identification.
