Responsibilities
- Orchestrating comprehensive transformation programmes from inception to completion, encompassing strategic planning, flawless execution, and stakeholder alignment
- Overseeing multiple concurrent workstreams spanning business operations, technology integration, and seamless service transitions
- Directing cross-functional teams to ensure punctual delivery of critical milestones and deliverables
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs), robust governance frameworks, and detailed transition strategies
- Leading strategic workshops and steering committee meetings to drive stakeholder consensus and eliminate project impediments
- Proactively identifying and managing risks, dependencies, and change impacts while implementing effective mitigation strategies
- Contributing to the development and deployment of Target Operating Models (TOMs) and comprehensive service blueprints
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in project management within consultancy or large-scale transformation environments
- Deep understanding of operational frameworks, TOM methodology, and corporate governance structures
- Outstanding communication abilities and proven stakeholder management experience
- Exceptional capacity to balance competing priorities while consistently delivering under pressure
- Advanced proficiency in project manager tools and methodologies (including Agile, Prince2, PMP)
- Substantial experience collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams and external vendor partnerships
