Report to VP of Growth & Strategy and support International Growth & Strategy team based at Manchester HQ.
Coordinate multiple international projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives are met.
Support international projects including onboarding new partners, delivering retail activations, and expanding into new markets.
Work closely with global and regional teams across Retail, eCommerce, Product, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Business Development to align stakeholders.
Provide operational and analytical support to Business Development: research, market analysis, presentations, and commercial trackers.
Maintain and improve project trackers, dashboards, and documentation using tools such as Excel, Monday.com, Asana, or Smartsheet.
Prepare and present concise project updates, reports, and recommendations to senior leaders, translating progress into actionable insights.
Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective communication and follow-up.
Proactively identify challenges, propose solutions, and support course-correction to keep projects on track.
Provide hands-on support at international events and market activations when required.
Requirements
1–3 years’ relevant experience in project management, operations, or business support (ideally within retail, E-commerce, or consumer goods).
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, able to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong technical capability with Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards).
Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or Smartsheet.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present clearly and influence effectively.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail; able to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations.
Proactive, solutions-oriented, resilient, and able to take initiative and ownership.
High levels of curiosity, drive, and enthusiasm to learn and grow.
Ability to travel internationally as required.
