About the role

  • Report to VP of Growth & Strategy and support International Growth & Strategy team based at Manchester HQ.
  • Coordinate multiple international projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives are met.
  • Support international projects including onboarding new partners, delivering retail activations, and expanding into new markets.
  • Work closely with global and regional teams across Retail, eCommerce, Product, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Business Development to align stakeholders.
  • Provide operational and analytical support to Business Development: research, market analysis, presentations, and commercial trackers.
  • Maintain and improve project trackers, dashboards, and documentation using tools such as Excel, Monday.com, Asana, or Smartsheet.
  • Prepare and present concise project updates, reports, and recommendations to senior leaders, translating progress into actionable insights.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective communication and follow-up.
  • Proactively identify challenges, propose solutions, and support course-correction to keep projects on track.
  • Provide hands-on support at international events and market activations when required.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years’ relevant experience in project management, operations, or business support (ideally within retail, E-commerce, or consumer goods).
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, able to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong technical capability with Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards).
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or Smartsheet.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present clearly and influence effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail; able to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, resilient, and able to take initiative and ownership.
  • High levels of curiosity, drive, and enthusiasm to learn and grow.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
  • Based at Manchester HQ (New Islington), United Kingdom.
