Requirements
Higher education, business administration, finance or technical are preferred
3+ years of professional experience in managing mid-large scale enterprise programs and projects with technical background, delivering business value through technology or organizational changes
Strong experience in managing and development of cross-functional and multinational team in challenging environment
Experience in communication on executive level
Experience in coaching and development of project teams, including project managers
Upper-intermediate English is must
Strong project management skills with project management certification is strong plus (PMP or similar)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of management accounting and project financials
Proficient in main project management and collaboration tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence or similar)
