About the role

  • Hire and manage developers to ensure timely, efficient delivery of high-quality auto parts e-commerce websites.
  • Identify and onboard auto parts data vendors, negotiate pricing, and maintain ongoing vendor relationships.
  • Oversee product database setup and maintenance in Odoo, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and website integration.
  • Ensure websites are SEO-friendly, optimized for growth, and aligned with web best practices.
  • Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to deliver three websites on schedule.
  • Obtain approvals from suppliers, collect updated data and pricing files, and manage system updates.
  • Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Monitor progress across all deliverables and guarantee timely, high-standard execution.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing complex e-commerce projects end-to-end.
  • Strong experience with Odoo or similar ERP/CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with auto parts industry, product data structures, or similar large-scale product catalogs.
  • Prior experience in auto parts e-commerce or managing large product-based websites.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and web development best practices.
  • Ability to take ownership, drive results, and handle challenges independently.
  • Experience with developer management, vendor negotiations, and client communication.
