About the role
- Project Manager leading large-scale IoT transformation programs for Automotive and Manufacturing sectors. Overseeing implementation of industrial platforms connecting operations with enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk across multiple international projects
- Establish and maintain a governance framework, prepare and present weekly progress reports, milestone updates, and executive dashboards
- Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams across IT, OT, Data, and Business Operations to ensure seamless project integration
- Align the work of internal specialists with external partners and manage dependencies and handoffs between cloud, edge, and enterprise systems
- Develop and maintain the master program plan and lead site pilot implementations and coordinate global rollout activities
- Manage change-control processes and ensure that any scope, schedule, or cost adjustments are properly assessed and approved
- Ensure that all solutions meet established quality, performance, and security standards
- Oversee validation testing and verify system accuracy and data integrity before go-live
Requirements
- 6 years of experience managing complex, multi-site technology or industrial transformation projects
- Demonstrated success leading global cross-functional teams through full project lifecycles
- Deep understanding of digital manufacturing or Industry 4.0 environments, including MES, ERP, and data-integration initiatives
- Strong command of structured project-management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile hybrid)
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills
