Responsibilities

- Facilitar la comunicación entre áreas internas y con aliados estratégicos
- Asegurar visibilidad, seguimiento y reporte en cada etapa del proyecto
Requirements
- 4+ años de experiencia en Project Management
- Experiencia previa liderando lanzamientos de productos o proyectos multidisciplinarios
- Habilidad para coordinar múltiples stakeholders y equipos funcionales
- Excelentes capacidades de planificación, seguimiento y comunicación
- Español fluido (oral y escrito)
- Disponibilidad para trabajar full-time en zona horaria de Ecuador
- Experiencia previa en banca, fintech o servicios financieros (Nice-to-Have)
- Conocimientos generales de medios de pago o proyectos con múltiples entidades (Nice-to-Have)
- Familiaridad con metodologías ágiles o híbridas (Scrum, Kanban, PMI, etc.) (Nice-to-Have)
- Experiencia en colaboración con empresas multinacionales (Nice-to-Have)
