About the role

- Monitor and manage COD (Cash on Delivery) order flows to ensure smooth operations
- Investigate and resolve order-related issues (e.g., missing orders, system errors, incorrect data)

- Handle incoming issues from customer support by gathering and verifying order information
- Monitor system notifications and proactively address issues
- Work closely with logistics partners to track COD payments and ensure timely collection
- Cross-check financial data to ensure consistency between internal systems and partners
- Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve operational issues
- Identify recurring problems and suggest process improvements
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
