Responsibilities
- Lead NetSuite eCommerce implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring alignment with clients’ goals and timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting regular status meetings, presenting updates, and addressing concerns.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Help in planning, organizing and allocating internal resources to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs), status reports, and risk assessments.
- Foster clear and professional communication with clients and team members, both verbally and in writing.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and drive continuous improvement within the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and methodologies for project management.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and support staff, to meet project goals.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project management or functional consulting, preferably in e-commerce or ERP implementation projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
