Responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives across supply chain operations
- Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver enterprise supply chain system implementations
- Apply formal project management methodologies to ensure scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and stakeholder objectives are achieved
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Compliance, and external suppliers
- Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards and operational readiness criteria
- Serve as change management lead for supply chain system transformations
- Design and implement structured training programs for internal teams and external suppliers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, information systems, or related field required
- 7–12 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, or enterprise systems roles required
- 5+ years of formal project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives required
- Hands-on experience implementing SAP Ariba / SAP Business Network or similar required
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
- Experience operating within structured project governance frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to manage medium-to-large scale, enterprise-level projects
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
