About the role

  • Planning, including the preparation and follow-up of monthly community events in 15 cities across 6 countries
  • Recruiting and training local hosts and event assistants
  • Selecting and booking suitable event venues
  • Coordinating all involved stakeholders
  • Ensuring the operational execution of the events
  • Developing and optimizing processes and guidelines
  • Analyzing event reports

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience as a Project Manager, Event Manager, or Executive Assistant
  • Strong resilience under pressure
  • Ability to train and lead staff remotely
  • Written and spoken proficiency in German and English at a minimum C1 level
  • Reliability and attention to detail
  • Confident user of computers and the internet
  • Willingness to travel for 5–8 events and company meetings abroad
