About the role

  • Lead development projects and programs from initiation to completion
  • Ensure alignment with organizational targets and standards
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute cross-functional initiatives
  • Manage risks and foster collaboration across teams
  • Drive improvements in cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Analyze complex problems, implement effective solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Engage closely with Claims Finland, Claims Digital Development, colleagues in Personal Claims Nordic organizations, business analysts, product units, and business development teams

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in project management, preferably within the finance or insurance industry
  • Proven track record of leading PMOs, project portfolios, or large-scale project entities
  • Strong background in process and customer journey development
  • Solid data management and analytical skills
  • A university degree (MSc, MBA, BSc or equivalent)
  • Fluency in Finnish and English
  • Experience with Agile way of working
  • Experience in leadership or change management is considered an advantage
