Lead development projects and programs from initiation to completion
Ensure alignment with organizational targets and standards
Plan, coordinate, and execute cross-functional initiatives
Manage risks and foster collaboration across teams
Drive improvements in cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and customer experience
Analyze complex problems, implement effective solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Engage closely with Claims Finland, Claims Digital Development, colleagues in Personal Claims Nordic organizations, business analysts, product units, and business development teams
Requirements
At least five years of experience in project management, preferably within the finance or insurance industry
Proven track record of leading PMOs, project portfolios, or large-scale project entities
Strong background in process and customer journey development
Solid data management and analytical skills
A university degree (MSc, MBA, BSc or equivalent)
Fluency in Finnish and English
Experience with Agile way of working
Experience in leadership or change management is considered an advantage
