About the role
- Lead and support industrial projects as Project Manager E&I
- Act as expert within E&I and advise on other projects
- Ensure projects are executed safely, qualitatively, timely and within budget
- Act as Owner’s representative or part of larger project teams
- Organize work and coordinate suppliers, users, maintenance staff
- Advise other project managers and engineers and provide coaching
- Work across industries: Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, FMCG, Metallurgy, etc.
Requirements
- Master's degree in engineering or technical Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience
- Experience with E&I in project environment
- Willingness to work on multidisciplinary projects
- Strong people and communication skills
- Proactive “make-it-happen” mentality
- Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Eye for detail and precision in execution
- Flexible to travel within a reasonable distance to the client
- Experience with Office Suite and Microsoft Project is a plus
- Fluent in English and Dutch or French
