- Manages cross-functional teams to deliver multiple related projects on schedule, focusing on quality and following company strategy.
- Facilitates effective communication between stakeholders to drive successful outcomes and maintain strong relationships with the manufacturers and other different players in the industry.
- Fosters cross-functional collaboration with Keyloop stakeholders.
- Builds and maintains positive relationships with manufacturers and other key players.
- Contributes to expand and accelerate Keyloop product and strategy vision; from OEM certifications to full journey ecosystems.
- Ability to address customer needs promptly and effectively, meeting expectations and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements
- Solid experience in **managing complex projects** (Agile, Waterfall or equivalent methodologies).
- Good understanding of **SaaS** environments and concepts related to **cloud computing**.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, trends and best practices, including OEM sales and aftersales journeys.
- Experience collaborating with **vehicle manufacturers** or large strategic accounts.
- Excellent **communication** and **relationship management** skills with internal and external partners.
- Ability to anticipate, analyze and resolve complex problems in a fast-changing environment.
- Proven leadership to mobilize and unite cross-functional teams.
