Responsibilities
Manage projects in the area of Mobile Marketing and Advertising for mobile operators
Coordinate both with technical and product teams for the flawless and on-time delivery of new features and product enhancements respectively
Define project scope, targets and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Develop and review all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, legal documents, etc.) as to ensure quality standards and that client’s expectations are met
Develop project plans, monitor, and keep track of progress
Develop optimization plans, monitor, and keep track of progress
Act as the lead point of contact and maintain strong, long-lasting relationship with the client
Cooperate closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project
Coordinate with internal teams (i.e. Sales, Technical, Copywriting, Digital, Product) to ensure quality of deliverables within agreed timelines
Identify user trends and propose data-driven solutions
Propose innovative techniques and solutions to enhance user experience and ARPU
Focus on data-driven continuous improvement of user experience through A/B testing.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within-budget and are consistent with our company’s high standards
Ensure healthiness of the services and take actions when needed to manage potential crisis / issues
Come up with enticing concepts, create storylines and produce creative, clear, captivating and effective original messages
Prepare reports to the management and to the client
Work on financial reports & reconciliation processes
Perform performance monitoring, health checks, and handling of alerts
Requirements
BSc/MSc degree in relevant field (Business, Technical, Math, Marketing)
2+ years of work experience in mobile telecom ecosystem
Advanced Excel analysis and reporting skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
Technical understanding and familiarity
Strong attention to detail
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Good with numbers and calculations
Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results in a demanding and fast-paced environment
Self-motivation and eagerness to take ownership of responsibilities
Versatile and open-minded personality, able to communicate with all departments
