Responsibilities
- Manage projects in the area of Mobile Marketing and Advertising for mobile operators
- Coordinate both with technical and product teams for the flawless and on-time delivery of new features and product enhancements respectively
- Define project scope, targets and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Develop and review all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, legal documents, etc.) as to ensure quality standards and that client’s expectations are met
- Develop project plans, monitor, and keep track of progress

- Act as the lead point of contact and maintain strong, long-lasting relationship with the client
- Cooperate closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project
- Coordinate with internal teams (i.e. Sales, Technical, Copywriting, Digital, Product) to ensure quality of deliverables within agreed timelines
- Identify user trends and propose data-driven solutions
- Propose innovative techniques and solutions to enhance user experience and ARPU
- Focus on data-driven continuous improvement of user experience through A/B testing.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within-budget and are consistent with our company’s high standards
- Ensure healthiness of the services and take actions when needed to manage potential crisis / issues
- Come up with enticing concepts, create storylines and produce creative, clear, captivating and effective original messages
- Prepare reports to the management and to the client
- Work on financial reports & reconciliation processes
- Perform performance monitoring, health checks, and handling of alerts
Requirements
- BSc/MSc degree in relevant field (Business, Technical, Math, Marketing)
- 2+ years of work experience in mobile telecom ecosystem
- Advanced Excel analysis and reporting skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Technical understanding and familiarity
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good with numbers and calculations
- Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results in a demanding and fast-paced environment
- Self-motivation and eagerness to take ownership of responsibilities
