Responsibility for planning, controlling and implementing projects for the renewal, new construction and modernization of street lighting installations
Leading the project team; controlling costs, schedules and quality; coordinating internal departments and external service providers
Comprehensive asset management, including the development of investment and maintenance strategies across the entire lifecycle of the assets
Integration of innovative technologies (e.g., LED, IoT, smart city applications) and active participation in digitization projects
Cross-functional collaboration with operations, procurement, IT, security and regulatory departments, and documentation in relevant systems (e.g., GIS, SAP PM)
Preparation of economic analyses and support for investment and budget planning, taking legal and technical requirements into account.
Requirements
Completed degree (Master/Diploma) in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering or a comparable technical field
Several years of professional experience in the planning, construction and operation of street and outdoor lighting installations, ideally with a network operator or utility
Solid knowledge of project and asset management, as well as economic evaluation and strategic investment planning
Confident handling of applicable standards, regulations and systems (e.g., EnWG (German Energy Industry Act), DIN/VDE, TAB, GIS, SAP PM)
Proven experience in technical projects with responsibility for interfaces and demonstrated ability to lead project teams
Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
