Responsibilities
Grow profitable market share by executing the European Business Unit strategy, in alignment with vendor priorities and internal leadership direction.
Drive sales growth across the assigned vendor portfolio, including identification of new opportunities, development initiatives, and support of vendor onboarding where applicable.
Build and execute quarterly business plans, ensuring clear performance tracking, operational cadence, and delivery of agreed targets.
Identify strategic segments and specialized opportunities where TD SYNNEX can accelerate share gain and differentiation.
Own the vendor relationship at European level, ensuring TD SYNNEX is positioned as a strategic and trusted partner.
Lead vendor business planning cycles (QBRs, planning sessions, executive alignment), ensuring structured execution and measurable outcomes.
Manage vendor expectations and internal alignment on product availability, go-to-market priorities, and commercial execution.
Support and lead negotiation of key tenders and strategic large deals, ensuring margin integrity and long-term customer value.
Drive strong engagement with multiple internal and external stakeholders to secure successful outcomes on complex opportunities.
Create customer-specific value propositions and differentiated go-to-market approaches that support profitable growth.
Enable and support country sales organizations to win business, grow share of wallet, and increase market share.
Ensure strong customer engagement strategies, involving multiple decision levels and parties when required.
Leverage TD SYNNEX resources and capabilities (solutions, services, financing, logistics, etc.) to support customer strategic objectives.
Develop and communicate clear customer value propositions based on customer business requirements and market needs.
Maintain strong knowledge of assigned vendor portfolio, including products, positioning, and competitive landscape.
Provide market insights and support internal stakeholders with strategic direction based on industry trends and channel evolution.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in the IT industry, ideally within distribution, vendor, or channel business development.
Proven experience in business development, vendor management, or product marketing with strong commercial ownership.
Strong orientation towards services and solution selling, beyond pure product execution.
Solid experience in strategic planning, business case development, and structured business execution cadence.
Demonstrated ability to drive growth through multi-stakeholder alignment and execution.
Strong emotional intelligence, influencing and stakeholder management capabilities.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), able to interact confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a structured commercial mindset.
Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment across multiple countries.
High level of self-management, energy, and accountability in an external-facing role.
