Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI and Digital Transformation projects end-to-end.
Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful outcomes.
Define and monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Drive the integration of AI technologies, automation, and analytics into business processes and client solutions.
Support the company’s internal AI strategy and capability building, fostering innovation across teams.
Actively and continuously contribute to shaping the company’s strategy in the field of AI, taking ownership of its implementation.
Stay informed of emerging trends, tools, and best practices in AI, translating them into actionable proposals and solutions for the company and its clients.
Identify and mitigate project risks, while maintaining alignment with strategic objectives.
Prepare progress reports, executive presentations, and project documentation for senior management and clients.
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and ethical AI standards.
Contribute to thought leadership by supporting proposals, whitepapers, and presentations on AI and digital innovation.
Requirements
10+ years of professional experience in Project Management, ideally within IT consulting, digital transformation, or technology-driven environments.
Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Solid understanding of AI, automation, cloud technologies, and data analytics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical mindset and business acumen.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are considered a plus.
Fluency in English is essential.
