Responsibilities

• Coordinate across multiple teams and projects at both business and organizational levels to ensure contract compliance.
• Provide technical leadership, quality assurance oversight, and decision-oriented recommendations.
• Ensure objectives are met in key areas including customer satisfaction, quality, schedule, and team performance.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps in alignment with customer priorities and identify opportunities for solution enhancements.
• Manage financial performance on a per-project basis, including forecasts, profitability, and reporting to leadership.
• Conduct monthly internal and external status meetings; ensure accurate and timely delivery of all contractual reporting and deliverables.
• Supervise technical professionals and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Maintain an active understanding of the project and opportunity pipeline for key customers.
• Track, report, and achieve measurable goals related to opportunity pipeline development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience with technology projects
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (or higher) from a federal agency.
• Experience creating contract-related documents such as the PMP, QCP, monthly reports, cost-based reporting, and PMRs.
• Experience working with multiple projects and multiple customers in an active, dynamic environment.
• High effective in operating with keen political and cultural awareness toward customers.
• Advanced-level skills with using all products in the Microsoft Office suite including: Formatting in Word and High-quality, professional PowerPoint presentations.
• Desired: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project or program management certification.
• Preferred Active Public Trust clearance (or higher) from a federal agency.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
• Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
