Responsibilities
Enforce policies, standards and processes for project management
Set up dashboards and reports to monitor project status and progress
Support adherence to schedules, budgets and objectives

Support identification and escalation of project risks and issues
Ensure that hours worked on projects are properly recorded
Prepare performance records as the basis for billing
Establish a system to optimize the time tracking and billing process
Standardize project management processes
Promote consistent, high-quality project work and minimize errors
Support optimal allocation of resources across projects
Requirements
Experience in project management
Expertise in setting up dashboards and reports
Skills in resource management
Knowledge of risk and issue management
Understanding of quality improvement and best practices
Ability to analyze and improve decision-making processes
