Responsibilities

Review incoming project requests, assess scope, and determine appropriate ownership.

Establish and maintain clear intake and triage processes to ensure transparency and consistency.
Oversee the development and management of project plans covering system implementations, integrations, and upgrades.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Monitor project health and provide consolidated reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies across the portfolio.
Ensure delivery of projects in alignment with established methodology.
Continuously refine and optimize project practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Engage with HR leadership and key stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and outcomes.
Provide clear and timely communication to stakeholders at all levels.
Build and sustain strong relationships with internal and external partners to support project success.
Identify and implement opportunities for improving HR processes and project delivery practices.
Champion adoption of best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Oversee relationships with HR technology vendors, ensuring timely and quality delivery of products and services.
Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience delivering projects within enterprise-level organizations
Proven experience managing and developing a team of Project Managers or related professionals.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence
Curiosity in evaluating HR trends
Demonstrated success working in an agile project delivery environment.
Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
