About the role

  • Complete induction then work on real projects over two-year graduate programme
  • Manage project lifecycles, including planning, delivery, and close-out
  • Support project finance activities and participate in financial reviews
  • Identify and manage project risks
  • Manage stakeholder relations and communication
  • Develop core technical project management skills with mentorship
  • Work flexibly across office, home, and site environments

Requirements

  • Minimum of a 2:2 Honours Degree in Project Management, Business Management, Business Studies, or a STEM subject focused on Project Management achieved within the last two years
  • Knack for solving complex problems and understanding project risks
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive under pressure
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (experience in projects is a bonus)
  • Right to work in the UK for the duration of the contract (no visa sponsorship)
  • Must undergo pre-employment security clearance and screening
