- Complete induction then work on real projects over two-year graduate programme
- Manage project lifecycles, including planning, delivery, and close-out
- Support project finance activities and participate in financial reviews
- Identify and manage project risks

Requirements
- Minimum of a 2:2 Honours Degree in Project Management, Business Management, Business Studies, or a STEM subject focused on Project Management achieved within the last two years
- Knack for solving complex problems and understanding project risks
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Self-motivated and able to thrive under pressure
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (experience in projects is a bonus)
- Right to work in the UK for the duration of the contract (no visa sponsorship)
- Must undergo pre-employment security clearance and screening
