Project Delivery Manager leading teams to deliver high-quality labeled data at Chemin. Spearheading strategic initiatives for process enhancement and account growth in AI domain.
Responsibilities
As a Project Delivery Manager, you play a pivotal role in Chemin's growth by mobilizing collaboration between Project Delivery and the Sales, Engineering, and Community teams to deliver high-quality labeled data at scale.
Reporting directly to the Head of Delivery, you will lead a dedicated team comprising Project Executives, part-time Associates, and Full-time Annotators.
You will cultivate a culture of excellence by managing the performance of direct reports including career progression planning and maximizing resources within the team.
You will continuously refine the manner in which we onboard, train, and guide Project Managers.
On a strategic level, you will spearhead initiatives to enhance processes and introduce novel systems to ensure project stability within 30 days.
You will also work with Chemin's clients to ensure timely and quality project delivery along with driving account growth through recurring revenue streams.

Requirements
Ideally, between 4 - 7 years of working experience in any field that requires people and account management, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
Preferably, a minimum of 2 years of people management experience
Strong Project Management skills with an understanding of how Project Management and People Management are interlinked, and how the latter enables the former.
Self-motivated with an eagerness to learn and continuously improve as a Project Delivery Manager.
A team player, able to effectively communicate with internal and external parties, with a willingness to be hands-on when the need arises.
As a team manager, an ability to keep team morale high and ambition to build a high performing team.
A positive and open-minded attitude towards any challenges that may arise.
A strong affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving, bias to action, innovation.
An excellent command of English - both written and verbal.
Ability to pitch and generate reports for Senior Leadership and/or investors, managing stakeholder expectations effectively as and when needed.

Proficiency in G suite applications. Familiarity with project management frameworks of other relevant technologies and tooling is an added advantage, though not required.
