Project Coordinator for HVAC projects at STF Energy, focusing on building technology and large-scale projects. Collaborating with clients and project partners to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
Responsibilities
In this position you will serve as Project Coordinator Technical Building Services (HVAC & plumbing) in our STF Energy business unit and lead various large-scale building services projects with a specialization in the HLSK area (heating, ventilation, sanitation/plumbing, air conditioning).
Projects include public buildings such as Deutsche Bahn stations, schools/daycare centers, residential buildings, office buildings, grocery stores and hotels.
With your expertise and ideas you will take responsibility for overall project coordination, ensure implementation of client requirements, and lead the project team to guarantee smooth execution and on-time completion.
You are the point of contact for all project-related questions and conduct discussions with clients/owners and project participants (e.g., architects, structural engineers, etc.).
You ensure adherence to budgets and schedules, handle project controlling, and keep a constant focus on all quality assurance measures.
Requirements
You should already have professional experience in a similar role with a focus on technical building services (TBS).
Ideally, you have experience across multiple trades (heating, ventilation, sanitation/plumbing, air conditioning), or you have been specialized in one of them.
You hold a degree in engineering — ideally with a focus on building services, energy supply engineering, or a comparable field — OR you are a state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the trades: heating, ventilation, sanitation/plumbing or air conditioning (HLSK).
Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project leadership, project management or project coordination.
You demonstrate respectful interaction and strong communication skills, both within the team and with clients and other project participants.
You are proficient with common MS Office applications and are open to learning new tools.
To ensure optimal communication among all parties, you must have very good written and spoken German skills.
Important: A valid work permit for Germany is required for non-EU citizens.
