About the role

  • Senior Event Manager specializing in high touch in-person events in financial services. Responsible for end-to-end delivery and stakeholder management in the UK and Overseas.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership for the end-to-end delivery of event projects assigned
  • Engage, contract and supervise external suppliers
  • Consult with stakeholders to gather all requirements
  • Working with client’s internal events team to organise and deliver meetings and events
  • Financial responsibility of the event budget

Requirements

  • Expertise in end-to-end event delivery
  • Proven meeting technology and delegate registration knowledge
  • Excellent attention to detail and budgeting management skills
  • Ability to react, think on your feet, offer solutions, work on multiple projects and timelines at once
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications
  • Ability to travel regularly in the UK and Overseas
  • Experience delivering events for the financial / media / technology industry
  • Virtual meeting platform and event mobile app experience
  • Event Management degree
