About the role

  • Intern for Global Customer Project Management supporting customer-specific project processes at Schwan Cosmetics. Collaboration with internal teams and direct customer contact during project work.

Responsibilities

  • Support and assist with project management processes for customer-specific projects (sample procurement, coordination and shipment; planning, overseeing and ensuring timely delivery of customer-specific projects)
  • Carry out project-related tasks in coordination with the project manager
  • Direct customer contact during project work (including general customer correspondence in English)
  • Handling product-related complaints
  • Registrations / regulatory topics
  • Collaboration with internal interfaces across the company such as Laboratory / R&D, product departments, IT, Customer Service Management, and subsidiaries abroad; participation in calls with international customers (key accounts and/or regions)

Requirements

  • University studies, ideally with a focus on Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong service orientation and enjoyment in interacting with customers
  • Excellent team skills
  • Business-fluent English
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, Excel, and SAP
  • Problem-solving ability (logical thinking and creativity)
