Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and scalability within business operations.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and impact, providing regular updates to the VP of Business Operations and other stakeholders.
- Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel and budget, to ensure optimal project execution and successful outcomes.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare detailed reports for executive review and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, plus 5-8 years of previous experience managing strategic programs.
- Proven experience in program or project management, particularly in business operations or strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams, influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools, Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a similar credential is a plus.
