About the role

  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers during the pre-sales and post-sales phases to define technical requirements and delivery plans.
  • Design and implement integration projects, focusing on Identity Management systems, business data flows, and platform extensions.
  • Write detailed technical specifications, integration architectures, and configuration guidelines for internal and external audiences.
  • Lead customer-facing technical workshops to define requirements, validate architectures, and support project kick-offs.
  • Develop automation scripts and tools (primarily in Python) to support deployment, customization, and data integration activities.
  • Oversee and coordinate third-party partners delivering technical services, ensuring alignment with project goals and technical standards.
  • Ensure successful integration of the platform with customers' Business Intelligence ecosystems (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Maintain and expand internal technical documentation and reusable integration assets.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues during delivery and support phases.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with integrating and configuring IAM solutions (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, Auth0).
  • Proficient in Python scripting for automation, API integration, and system customization.
  • Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, authentication flows, and secure system integration practices.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts (SSO, OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect, LDAP).
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and data integration methods (ETL processes, data APIs).
  • Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS solution architectures.
  • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS) and system administration (Linux/Windows) knowledge.
  • Experience with collaboration and project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, Git).
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
  • Strong project management abilities: organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Customer-oriented mindset focused on delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently and collaboratively.
  • Leadership skills to drive partners and cross-functional teams toward technical success.
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn and implement new technologies and methodologies.
