About the role
- Product Owner translating business requirements into product stories and managing agile team backlogs. Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing based on business value and feasibility.
- Work with stakeholders and Product Managers to define requirements and success metrics.
- Lead agile ceremonies and ensure alignment across delivery teams.
- Communicate risks and progress to internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in a Product Owner or similar agile delivery role.
- Understanding of agile/scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
