About the role
- Product Owner II managing risk and control activities for Commercial Bank stakeholders at TD. Leading development teams and enhancing the product delivery process.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage risk and control activities
- Partner with key Commercial Bank stakeholders to respond to risk and control assessments
- Identify control gaps and design new controls
- Develop a strategy to enhance the Commercial control environment
- Ensure development teams create value through customer-focused product increments
- Align with other Product Owners and senior management on product vision
- Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree and / or product certificate required
- Graduate degree preferred
- 10+ years relevant experience
- 5-7 years Product Owner or Agile related delivery experience
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification and project management experience considered an asset
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications or experience operating in scaled agile delivery considered an asset
