About the role

Responsibilities
- You shape the product backlog, write user stories, and prioritize according to strategic objectives
- You take responsibility for the “WHAT” needs to be done — for the “HOW” you trust your development team and leave the approach and task allocation to them
- You create a roadmap for development milestones that visualizes the overall strategic view
- You take a holistic perspective: you work at the intersection of business requirements, technical development, and UX
- You track product development progress and product success using appropriate methods and tools — it is also your responsibility to identify and communicate potential delays early
- You mentor interns, share knowledge, and collaborate with everyone on an equal footing
- You monitor the market and competitors to strengthen our market positioning and gather inspiration for further product development
Requirements
- You have a completed degree in a business or technical field, or an equivalent qualification
- You have an agile, product-oriented mindset and bring relevant project experience and working methods
- You are willing to develop new ideas and solutions in an agile environment that meet market needs
- You are analytical, structured, and solution-oriented, comfortable taking responsibility, and demonstrate strong design skills
- You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and adapt easily to new developments
