Responsibilities
Develop a product offering strategy tailored to international market environments.
Lead the development of new technologies, from definition through to launch.
Manage the product lifecycle while meeting budgets, costs, quality, timelines and customer experience.
Analyze customer needs, anticipate trends and drive innovation.
Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, marketing and sales to maximize profitability and market share.
Ensure product compliance with local regulations and standards.
Monitor product performance and recommend strategic adjustments (positioning, pricing, etc.).
Represent ENSTO at events and with external partners.
Requirements
Engineering degree (Electronics, Electrical Engineering) or equivalent, ideally complemented by an MBA
Minimum 5 years' experience in product management, engineering or R&D in industrial or energy environments
Technical expertise in the development of electrical or electronic products
Solid experience with Agile or Stage-Gate product development methodologies
Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate complex projects
Customer-oriented, with strong empathy to understand and translate customer needs into concrete solutions
English: fluent
Travel: on average 2 to 5 days per month (France and international)
