About the role
- Product Manager responsible for strategy and vision of SaaS product portfolio at CELUM. Leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user-focused solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy in close collaboration with the CPO and Founder.
- Create and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and Product Alignment Documents (PADs).
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure stories are well-defined, properly scoped, and aligned with the overall strategy.
- Translate user insights, market research, and internal feedback into clear, prioritized initiatives based on impact and feasibility.
- Develop and maintain a realistic, data-driven roadmap that balances short-term goals with long-term vision and strategic objectives.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across business, UX/UI, engineering, client services, and growth to ensure successful delivery of high-quality outcomes.
- Support go-to-market activities together with Product Marketing Managers.
- Drive a strong focus on UX and customer value, ensuring the product delivers solutions users truly love.
- Champion the use of AI tools and methods to enhance product management efficiency and support team productivity.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a SaaS environment, ideally B2B or MarTech.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience with backlog management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities with a clear sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proven ability to conduct and apply customer research (e.g. interviews, surveys, segmentation, usability testing).
- Solid technical understanding to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to align diverse interests and drive consensus.
- Collaborative, proactive, and motivating team player who drives progress and clarity.
- Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
- Curiosity and openness to leveraging AI tools for product management and team support.
