Senior Digital Product Manager at EVA Pharma responsible for digital product delivery in healthcare. Leading product strategy and driving business development initiatives for Limitless Care and CarePoint.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end digital product portfolio for Limitless Care and CarePoint, translating business priorities into product requirements, briefs, KPIs, and quarterly roadmaps across all healthcare digital platforms (insurance, PSP, pharmacy ERP, clinic systems, disease management, and omnichannel services).
Act as the primary liaison between business entities and DT verticals (AI & Data, IT, Software Development, ERP, Contact Center), ensuring clear prioritization, SLA-driven delivery, dependency management, and RACI governance through the DT PMO framework.
Lead healthcare product delivery across all platforms, defining and tracking KPIs (adoption, retention, efficiency, outcomes) while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy, and MOH standards is embedded in all solutions.
Drive business development and revenue growth by supporting pre-sales, solution design, commercial proposals, partnerships, and translating digital capabilities into strong value propositions for clients and stakeholders.
Enable AI and data-driven transformation by identifying high-impact AI use cases, driving adoption across entities, and ensuring governance through monthly reporting on roadmap progress, delivery performance, risks, and digital investment impact.
Requirements
Mandatory: BSc in Engineering (any discipline). mandatory: MBA or equivalent postgraduate business qualification. Experience: 7–10 years total experience, with at least 4 years in digital product management or digital transformation. Proven background as a digital business partner bridging commercial and technology teams in a multi-product environment.
Mandatory: Strong Agile and Scrum delivery experience — must have actively led sprints, managed backlogs, and run cross-functional agile squads. mandatory: Hands-on experience managing complex digital product portfolios in healthcare, health-tech, insurance, or a related regulated industry.
Demonstrated business development acumen — experience supporting or leading sales cycles, partnership development, or revenue growth initiatives in a technology or digital health context.
Experience with healthcare information systems — any of: pharmacy ERP, clinic or hospital management systems, insurance platforms, patient engagement tools, or PSP platforms. Familiarity with ERP systems and data integration patterns across multi-system environments.
Understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks (data privacy, MOH guidelines, pharma compliance) is a strong advantage.
