Data Product Manager overseeing the lifecycle of data products, driving data-driven initiatives and leading cross-functional teams. Supporting AI integration while ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Responsibilities
Oversee the complete data lifecycle, from generation to ETL pipelines and data enablement, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Understand and evaluate the technical architecture that supports organizational data needs, including storage, integrations, and analytics platforms.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify data needs and priorities.
Analyze data types, relationships, patterns, and trends to enhance understanding and utilization of data assets.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather and document clear, specific, and achievable data requirements.
Gain insights into business workflows to make informed assumptions regarding data sources, entities, and attributes needed to address business questions.
Validate product offerings with users to ensure alignment with their needs and expectations.
Monitor and analyze product performance through metrics and KPIs, using data-driven insights to track the effectiveness of data initiatives.
Support the incorporation of AI into team workflows to enhance performance and efficiency.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data products.
Apply project management methodologies to define and manage project roadmaps, timelines, requirements, and assumptions effectively.
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
Experience working with international clients.
Proven background in the data and analytics domain.
Previous experience in project management.
Strong strategic thinking and product mindset.
Familiarity with value-based prioritization and risk management.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
Desirable Skills:
Experience in Data Platforms, Data Visualization, or Data Migration.
Familiarity with major Azure Cloud Platform services.
Experience in migrating data platforms to the cloud.
Knowledge of building data platforms both on-premises and in the cloud.
Proficiency with operational tools such as Hubspot, Workday, Segment, or Braze.
Experience with project management tools.
Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and applications.
