Product Manager leading development for payment products at iyzico, enhancing user experience in fintech. Collaborate with teams to meet market demands and company goals.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end development of payment products, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands,
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and legal to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive execution,
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, leveraging insights to inform product strategy and roadmap,
Define and track key product metrics and KPIs, conducting regular performance reviews and iterating on product features to optimize user experience and achieve business goals,
Analyze current customer experiences to define friction points and create seamless and effortless experiences,
Understand iyzico’s strategic and competitive position to deliver products that are recognized best in class,
Develop a product roadmap and work with cross-functional teams (business, engineering, UX) to execute on the roadmap,
Create product strategy, requirements and specifications, watch the market closely and continuously, iterate and refine requirements/specifications based on feedback frequently,
Drive product development to build end to end solutions with iyzico engineering team and other teams,
Evaluate competitive market offerings and industry trends, deliver on product differentiation, positioning and communications,
Identify and evaluate new opportunities based on customer search, industry trends and best practice.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related fields, preferably Engineering or Business Administration,
2-3 years of product management experience in payment systems, including Open Banking and Financial Services,
Ability to collaborate, build consensus, deliver, and drive technical decisions.
Strong ability to translate product needs to technology and understand technology,
Care deeply about user experience and passionate about problem solving,
Be Analytical. You use data to make decisions and can capture it yourself or work with others to get it,
Be Results Oriented. You are able to cut to the core of a problem, identify what needs to be done and when, and work with the development team to get solutions shipped,
Ability to think strategically and execute relentlessly,
