About the role

  • Define and own the long-term vision, strategy, and budget for PIX4Dcatch, ensuring alignment with Pix4D's corporate objectives.
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies, including pricing and revenue growth targets.
  • Conduct continuous market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer discovery to identify and validate new opportunities.
  • Lead the Go-to-Market strategy in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Drive proactive collaboration with Customer Success and Support teams to resolve user pain points, improve adoption, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the ultimate owner of the product backlog, ruthlessly prioritizing features based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
  • Ensure the product delivers a world-class user experience while meeting professional users’ needs for highly accurate, georeferenced 3D data capture.
  • Drive product development in an Agile environment, ensuring seamless workflow integration across the Pix4D ecosystem (e.g., PIX4Dcloud, PIX4Dmatic).
  • Master product analytics and customer usage patterns to inform strategic decisions and roadmap prioritization.
  • Ensure PIX4Dcatch meets evolving data privacy, security, and platform compliance requirements for global markets.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the dedicated Mobile Engineering and UX team for PIX4Dcatch.
  • Act as the main point of contact for PIX4Dcatch for all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Represent the product externally with key customers and strategic partners (e.g., RTK hardware manufacturers) at industry events.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or product management role owning a mobile application or product line.
  • Proven success with professional mobile applications, ideally on iOS, where the mobile experience is the core value proposition.
  • Strong business acumen demonstrated by experience defining pricing, managing a P&L, forecasting, and executing commercial strategies for a subscription/SaaS product.
  • Deep familiarity with the mobile app ecosystem, including monetization, user acquisition/retention, and App Store Optimization (ASO).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex business and technical topics to diverse audiences. Fluency in German and/or French is an advantage.
  • Highly desirable: Experience with 3D capture technologies (Photogrammetry, LiDAR, RTK/GNSS) or knowledge of the Surveying, Construction, Real Estate or Geospatial industries.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical or business field.
