About the role

  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team focused on AI and automation, driving delivery of intelligent microservices and decisioning systems
  • Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for AI and automation, aligned with business goals, regulatory requirements, and player protection standards
  • Tackle real-world iGaming challenges such as: - Withdrawal delays and payment failures - Unclear promotions and bonus terms - Incorrect bet settlements, voided bets and dispute resolution - KYC and identity verification friction - Responsible gambling tooling and self-exclusion flows
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Payments, Customer service, CRM as well as Engineering to scope initiatives and ensure delivery
  • Translate regulatory and operational needs into intelligent, automated workflows and AI-powered decisioning tools
  • Own prioritisation and backlog management across all automation and AI workstreams
  • Present strategy and progress to senior leadership, with clear KPIs and business impact
  • Analyse performance metrics such as automation success rates, resolution speed, and player satisfaction, and drive continuous optimisation
  • Stay ahead of AI trends and regulatory developments in iGaming to identify opportunities and ensure compliance

Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience in product management, ideally within iGaming or a similarly regulated, high-scale environment
  • Experience working with or leading automation and AI initiatives, either hands-on or strategically
  • Deep understanding of iGaming operations, especially payments, KYC, promotions, and dispute resolution
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of cross-functional delivery
  • Ability to translate regulatory and operational complexity into scalable product solutions
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and a passion for measurable impact
  • Highly organised, proactive, and accountable, with a proven ability to drive complex initiatives to completion
