Responsibilities
Ensure the maintenance of Workday HCM solution and inbound/outbound integrations together with the team – product ownership.
Facilitate Workday development roadmap in collaboration with the People & Safety Leadership team colleagues, collecting the needs from People Excellence process owners and facilitating the prioritization process.
Ensure great employee experience, user and business centric approach in everything we do.
Control related budget and scope together with external provider, managing the external partners with his/her own area.
Lead release management and change request approval process for the projects.
Work in close collaboration with IT to coordinate priority management for other IT related projects.
Manage and develop data security and product security processes.
Develop the practices of reporting and data accessibility for the HR colleagues and business leaders.
Participate in strategic planning within the People & Safety Leadership team and support Group HR in different planning preparations.
Lead, develop and guide the Data, tools and reporting team ensuring good working practices and great team spirit.
Requirements
B.Sc or M.Sc in business or engineering or equivalent experience.
Experience from leading Workday project or being part of developing Workday and other HRIS solutions in global context.
Several years of work experience in HR or in the similar type of roles in HR or IT, having practical understanding and experience in key people process, data management and reporting in global environment.
Proven track record of leading HR system projects with a keen understanding of the project management disciplines, PMO practices and best practices as well as good experience of collaboration with IT.
Excellent communication skills both in English and in Finnish.
Agile ways of working experience and understanding the user centric approach would be valued.
