About the role
- Work alongside stakeholders in different areas of the business and align on priorities across multiple teams/domains.
- Work alongside stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for new feature work or enhancements.
- Define the technical requirements for dependencies on other teams and clearly communicate the priority of these requests to external teams.
- Develop, test and release features with scalability in mind to ensure seamless launches for high traffic journeys.
- Work alongside Operations to test changes to and debug issues with journeys.
- Regular touchpoints with Marketing to identify trends, issues or improvements across funnels.
- Collaborating with multiple teams including Marketing, Ops, Credit and Design to reach a common understanding.
