Work in a strategic role, driving tasks through other parts of the business and owning product accountabilities including communications and product documentation.
Define new products, packages, features and content and confidently communicate product direction at all levels.
Work with Marketing to define go-to-market strategy, product positioning, key benefits, and target clientele.
Serve as the internal and external advocate for products, championing propositions and engaging with clients and stakeholders.
Lead the development and execution of product strategy and roadmap to keep solutions competitive and client-focused.
Gather and analyze market insights from clients, prospects, and industry partners to inform product direction.
Manage the full product lifecycle from idea and planning through development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
Track and report on KPIs, including usage data, adoption metrics, and client engagement.
Collaborate with development, client success teams, and business stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and features.
Participate in strategic discussions and cross-functional sessions to align product direction with business goals.
Requirements
Has 5 years progressive experience
Proven experience in product management, product ownership, or a related strategic role.
A strong ability to define and execute product strategies and roadmaps.
Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Solid business and commercial acumen, with a track record of delivering measurable product results.
Experience gathering client and competitor insights to shape product direction.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
