About the role

  • Work in a strategic role, driving tasks through other parts of the business and owning product accountabilities including communications and product documentation.
  • Define new products, packages, features and content and confidently communicate product direction at all levels.
  • Work with Marketing to define go-to-market strategy, product positioning, key benefits, and target clientele.
  • Serve as the internal and external advocate for products, championing propositions and engaging with clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead the development and execution of product strategy and roadmap to keep solutions competitive and client-focused.
  • Gather and analyze market insights from clients, prospects, and industry partners to inform product direction.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from idea and planning through development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
  • Track and report on KPIs, including usage data, adoption metrics, and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with development, client success teams, and business stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and features.
  • Participate in strategic discussions and cross-functional sessions to align product direction with business goals.

Requirements

  • Has 5 years progressive experience
  • Proven experience in product management, product ownership, or a related strategic role.
  • A strong ability to define and execute product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid business and commercial acumen, with a track record of delivering measurable product results.
  • Experience gathering client and competitor insights to shape product direction.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
