About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the product lifecycle for Letras de Crédito (LCI/LCA), from concept through delivery and continuous evolution
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on data, user feedback and market trends
- Ensure regulatory compliance and work closely with Risk, Legal and Compliance teams
- Partner with technology teams to ensure high-quality, on-time deliveries and scalable solutions
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvements
- Conduct market benchmarking and identify opportunities for differentiation
- Serve as the technical and strategic reference for Letras de Crédito within the organization.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Product Manager, preferably with financial or investment products
- Strong knowledge of Letras de Crédito (LCI/LCA), the financial market and relevant regulation (e.g., BACEN, CVM)
- Proficiency in data analysis and defining success metrics
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Clear and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborative mindset, focused on delivering value and a member-centered (customer-centered) vision
- Experience with funding/capitation or credit products in financial institutions (advantage)
- Experience with Open Finance and integrations with digital platforms (advantage)
- Certifications such as CPA-20, CEA or similar (advantage)
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence and Figma (advantage)
